K um could be lots of reasons:
1) You're Ip-ed. Maybe you broke a rule. Resetting the router changes the Ip adress, but i wouldn't count on it and btw its Illegal :/
2) You're accounts disabled Gl with that lol.
3) You're playing on another client that uses Java from Programm files, which means delete all Client files from other servers on C:\\Program Files then redownload client.
4) Your internet is fucked, but i doubt it since your on the forums
5) If you're new maybe you haven't extracted the files yet? Just extract em. You need WinRar, download the trial, its only 40 days but whatever u can use it 4ever.
6) You changed/deleted a file, which means redownloading :/

ive already showed him how to get the client working, its just that he cant login.
